Refund Policy

At Happy Hound Dog Coaching we strive to provide effective training sessions that empower yourself and your dog, we understand that some dog training may not be the best fit for everyone.

Therefore we offer a partial refund 50% for a single training session, subject to the following conditions:

• The client must submit a written refund request within 48hrs of the training session.

• The written request must clearly explain that the training session did not provide any new insights or guidance on how to move forward with the specific areas covered. 

• The Refund applies to the single session fee only and does not cover any packages purchased. 

• If the Client has purchased a Training Package the sessions will continue as scheduled at the agreed- upon fees.

• In the event that two refund requests are made within any 6 month period, both requests will be honoured under the terms above, but any training sessions booked in future will be terminated.
